All of our instructors love pole and have dedicated time to crafting their skills. All of the instructors here at Fly Girls Fitness have competed & placed in Pole Dance Competitions across the country. Each instructor has been personally trained by Master Trainer & Studio Owner, Crystal Gibson.

Crystal is a mother, wife, a pole instructor from Los Angeles, CA, who in 2016 moved to the UK with her husband and young daughter. Crystal is the creator and owner behind Fly Girls Fitness, a pole dance, aerial and body movement centre located in Galley Common, Nuneaton.
Crystal says that she loves pole and can't wait to bring it to the women of Warwickshire.
Pole Biography:
Crystal trained her pole career in Los Angeles, CA at The Choreography House and Sheila Kelley's S Factor. Crystal has taught pole artistry workshops worldwide, and in countless online videos with Cleo's Rock-N-Pole as an online instructor.
Crystal says her biggest pole accomplishments have been in a group setting, while performing for Leigh Ann Reilly’s ‘Pole Show LA” in both L.A. and Las Vegas. Crystal spent 4 years as a principle dancer at 'Girl Next Door Show' & 'SEVEN' both pole and aerial shows in Los Angeles, CA.
Crystal was pre-selected into the Pro Division at the California Pole Dance Championships in 2013-2015 taking home the Miss Congeniality award in 2013. She placed 2nd in the 2013 Pacific Pole Championships. In 2014, Crystal Won 'Performance of the year for her 'Inside my Love' routine at Girl Next Door Show, as well as Runner-Up in Best Comedic Performance in her role of 'Mad Hatter'.
Crystal signed up for an intensive training course with the International Pole Sports Federation (IPSF) and became a certified judge for the IPSF 2013 and has sat on the panel of some of the most high profile pole competitions in the world, including the International Pole Championships (IPC), Pole Theatre UK 2014 & 2015, All-Stars Australia 2014, Paragon USA 2014, Pacific Pole Championship 2013 & 2014, IPAAT 2015 & 2018, Capital of Texas Aerial Championships (CoTAC) 2015. In the UK for 2017, Floorplay UK, Dance Filthy UK, Authentics, MMPDS, UKPPC.
Crystal has competed in the 2017 Pro Division at Pole Theatre UK. Performing at Glastonbury, Floorplay, Dance Filthy UK, MMPDS, UKPPC & IPAAT.

Lottie B brings the slow and controlled movement to Fly Girls Fitness. She specialises in Strength Pole and Exotic Flow, she has an impeccable eye for technique and is not afraid to make you work up a sweat. Lottie B is a doubles pole champion two times over! She won first place with her doubles partner Lissy two times in 2019.

Lissy
Lissy is a dedicated dancer and loves the freedom and fluidity of movement that pole brings. She grew up dancing competitively and took up pole at university as a new challenge, immediately falling in love. She has now been pole dancing for 5 years, competing as a soloist (Kent Pole Championships 2018 intermediate runner up)and more recently with her doubles partner Lottie (Pole Revolution 2019 - 1st place and best choreography, London Pole Championships 2019 - 1st place and best choreography). Lissy specialises in flexi tricks and lyrical movement and loves sharing her passion with people at the start of their pole journey.
